The 4-Ingredient Lunch, #2

Lunch #2. Cubed tofu — deep-fry (the 4th ingredient would be the oil), pan-fry, bake or grill. Toss with store-bought chili sauce and oyster sauce. Really quick and really kid-friendly. Easy on the pocket too. There’s always a scramble for seconds, so you may need 2 blocks of tofu if you have more than 2 people eating.
