Sweet and Spicy Pork with Noodles

This combination of pork-ginger-garlic-Hoisin-black beans is a common one in Chinese cookery. It is used for all sorts of things, like vegetables stir-fries, pork marinades, etc. Here it is used in a meat sauce which is lovely on noodles. You can make your own as in this recipe, or use the fresh or dried Chinese noodles found in Asian stores. Or, as a last resort, you can always use linguine or other long pasta.
