Solo cooking no more
So my wife is back from her travels and I got to thinking what is one dish that I would find really hard to be bothered cooking from scratch for just one person?
Tonkatsu. Although I would consider doing a batch and freezing it, it just seemed all too hard to egg, flour, crumb and fry these guys just for myself. So here is the first dinner I cooked when she came home. I hope you like it as much as I did.
