Solo cooking #6 - sashimi and soba
Sort of linking in with yesterday’s somen noodles, today I am eating soba. The similarity is that they are both served cold and delicious. The difference is that they are totally different noodles ( a sort of weal link).
Anyhow tonight I could think of nothing easier to cook by myself, for myself than a plate of soba noodles, some salad vegetables, and some sliced katsuo tataki (slightly grilled bonito) with ponzu sauce.
The most time consuming part was boiling the noodles, the least was eating it all up. I should have made more.
