Shrimp-stuffed Tofu Squares
Shrimp mixture made with
shrimp
soy sauce (just a bit)
Chinese rice wine
minced scallions
minced ginger
cornstarch
pinch of sugar
salt
stuffed into tofu squares with a pocket cut into the center. The tofu squares are dredged in tapioca or corn starch and pan-fried, then served with a brown sweetish sauce.

Did you ever find/create the recipe for this? I am trying to make something very similar to this, and I was wondering if you had a recipe that I could try to make.
