Linda Burum of the Los Angeles Times writes about Korean Samgyeopsal at Honey Pig. I’ve been looking for sometime now for more dishes to prepare using my bulgogi grill. This sounds perfect!

Betchay writes about preparing it for her family when she went back home to the Philippines, in her blog Buhay sa Korea. Zen Kimchi has prepared it at home as well. Looks good!
