Summer is on its way and so is festival season in Japan. One thing that is almost guaranteed at Japanese festivals are shaved ice desserts. To swing into the mood a little early, I picked this up at a local convenience store. It is shaved ice, ice cream and sweet red beans. Not as good as the real thing but better than nothing.
