Lemon pork
Take some thin sliced pork, a mixture of vegetables (I had little spinach, bean sprouts, long onion, and a little daikon). Stir fry them over medium heat for a bit less than 10 minutes. Then when it is all just about cooked squeeze on a half a lemon and a generous shake of salt and pepper ( I also add some mirin but this isn’t necessary). Throw it all around and then serve it over rice or noodles. Dinner for the family in about 15 minutes, and they like it, as can be seen by the fingers rapidly reaching into the photo.
