honey and garlic prawns

This dish I am a little proud of.  All hope was lost when I went to the fridge.  I just can’t seem to keep enough food in there recently.  It was practically empty again.

In the freezer were some frozen prawns, I found spanish onions some corn and salad ingredients.

All it took was 10 minutes with some honey and a little flour dissolved in water to turn these ingredients into a feast.  Although the colour was a little dull, the aroma and flavour were exceptional.  I love it when a plan comes together.
