Disappointing calamari
This had great promise. As I cooked the brown rice, I dreamed of steaming piles of goodness. As I carefully prepared the squid, tomatoes, spinach and onions, I thought I was creating something extra-ordinary. As I carefully cooked it all with olive oil and red wine, I was already congratulating myself. But as I was eating it, I realised that I had just created something so mundane that it was not worth writing about. Sorry!
