Lamb and tofu stir fry
Here is a quick lamb, tofu and vegetable stir fry. All ingredients went in at the same time with some sake and mirin. The vegetables are long onion, spinach and mushroom. All served on rice.

Yesterday I found some nice, finely sliced, New Zealand lamb, so I cooked this up in celebration.
